Each individual may hold only one Account on the k66y Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details. You are obliged to update this information promptly if it changes.
k66y operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Before processing any withdrawal, we may request one or more of the following documents: a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement no older than three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. k66y will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.
k66y currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. k66y reserves the right to reverse deposits received from unverified or third-party sources.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits or a verified account in your name. k66y targets processing withdrawals within five (5) business minutes to five (5) business days depending on the payment method and KYC status. We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due diligence before releasing any withdrawal.
k66y does not currently charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own fees. Please consult your provider's fee schedule for details.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by k66y are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while using Bonus Balance, and expiry periods.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Balances must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion) before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage.
k66y reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome (arbitrage), or employing any other method designed to exploit promotional structures.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated solely from a Bonus Balance is capped as specified in the relevant promotion. Winnings in excess of this cap may be removed before withdrawal.
All bets and wagers placed on the k66y Platform are final once confirmed. You accept the result of any game or event as determined by the Platform's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live sports, by the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
k66y uses independently audited RNG technology to ensure all game outcomes are genuinely random and unbiased. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the individual game information panels.
In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game round, k66y reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the staked amounts. Winnings generated from a manifestly erroneous result are not valid and will not be paid out.

Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k66y holds its gaming licence. k66y operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory framework imposed by the relevant licensing authority.
In the event of a dispute between you and k66y, you should first contact our customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by our licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding.
